Banning cell phones in B.C. schools without more and better information is deficient government leadership. Sure I acknowledge school kids are becoming... When I heard that our B.C. government is going to ban cell phone in schools this coming fall I need to spread the idea that generally not enough wisdom is applied to this topic.
