First of all I was not born yesterday and will admit that I am not a lawyer or politician - only taxpayer. Next, it boggles my mind why authorities at all levels cannot not or will not enforce, what I strive to live according to, ie trespassing, clean-up the mess, if you don't work you don't eat for starters. When you do some simple research you will more than one city in Canada and the U.S. are making progress to solve this. In other words it's not rocket science and inventing a better mouse trap. The City Hall and countless entities that own land should enforce trespassing laws that apply to me and my taxpaying neighbors who work hard at living responsibly and reasonably under our circumstances. Those unfortunate homeless and un-housed people would be better off accommodation options but are, in my opinion, fixated in their beliefs that keep them enslaved to refusing authority and help in any category. My final point, is waiting for them to die these cities only remaining option?
